By placing an order at By D you agree to our exchange-within-2-days, no-refund policy. Orders are processed in the order they're placed and paid in cash on delivery in USD.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable after placement. In that case we'll write to you and refund any deposit immediately. Stock displayed at the time you placed your order is the source of truth.

Delivery is all over Lebanon. Times are estimates; most orders arrive within the windows we quote, but slow weeks happen.
