Privacy notice

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and (optionally) your email and a map pin. We don't store payment information, because orders are cash on delivery.

Your information is used to process and deliver your order, send you order updates if you've shared an email, and respond to any exchange or support requests. It is not sold or shared with anyone outside of our delivery partner.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by writing to byd.officiall@gmail.com. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small first-party cookie to remember your cart and, if you've placed one, your order. These are strictly necessary for the site to work, so they load without a prompt.

If you accept cookies from our banner, we also load two optional tools:

• Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand which pages visitors use. Sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>. Your IP is anonymised before it reaches Google.
• Sentry session replay + performance — samples a small percentage of sessions to help us reproduce bugs. Names, phone numbers, addresses, form inputs, and product images are automatically masked in the recordings.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If you decline, none of the optional tools load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

We use Sentry to capture unhandled errors even if you decline analytics — this is strictly for keeping the site working. Error reports never include your name, phone, address, or the contents of your cart.
