Exchange policy

By D operates an exchange-within-2-days, no-refund policy. If the fit or size isn't right when your order arrives, message us within 2 days of delivery and we'll arrange a swap for another size or piece of equal value.

The exchange window opens when your order is marked delivered and closes 2 days later. After that, the piece is yours to keep.

We don't offer refunds in cash. Exchanges are for size, fit, or a different piece. We want you to love what arrives.

To request an exchange, open your order confirmation email and tap "Request an exchange" within 2 days of delivery. We'll be in touch the same day. Pickup of the exchange item is free.
